The Mercy Tree allows us all to help the homeless in a life-giving way: providing warm meals in a comfortable setting along with God's Word, prayer and encouragement. Please volunteer or donate today!
The Mercy Tree serves lunch Monday to Saturday from noon to 1:30 p.m. as well as dinner on Sunday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our friends at The Mercy Tree are such a blessing to our community! If you did not know, two days a week they serve lunch to our homeless sisters and brothers at ECL, and at many other churches in the clear lake area throughout the week.
The Mercy Tree's greatest need is for individuals, families, or small groups to sign up for a date to drop off a meal for 20 folks. Meals can be home cooked or picked up from your favorite local restaurant. For more information, please visit themercytree.org, and click on the "Volunteer" tab.
The Mercy Tree is currently in need of adult size toothbrushes and travel size toothpaste. If you are able to donate, you can drop these off at the ECL building on Mondays or Tuesdays from 11:30-12:30. Or, you can contact Gina Evans, at donate@themercytree.org, to coordinate a time to meet.
